Mr Rob Kift (BEd)
Mr Kift is 菠萝视频app’s Director of Sport, President of the 菠萝视频app Common Room听and the Sussex Schools Representative for the Rugby听Football Union (RFU). He joined the College as Assistant Director of Sport in 1990 and took over as Director of Sport听in 1994. He has also been听Master-in-charge of Rugby, Master-in-charge of Swimming, the first Head of PE and a Housemaster of Chevron for five years.
Mr Kift has a Bachelor of Education听from Madeley College of Education (now part of ).
He is passionate about all sports, but Rugby is his first love, followed by Football, Athletics,听Tennis and Swimming (and when he was younger, surfing!). Having听been born and raised in Devon he is an avid rugby fan听as well as a follower of .
Assistant Director of Sport
Ms Rebecca (Bex) Jutson
Ms Jutson听has coached 菠萝视频app’s 1st听VII Netball team for 15 years. She joined 菠萝视频app in 2005 as a Netball Coach and went on to became Head of Netball in 2008, Assistant听Head of Girls’ Games in 2015 and then Assistant Director of Sport (Girls) from 2018. She is now Shield Housemistress, previously having tutored in Phoenix and Eagle House for 12 years.
She has always loved sport, with Hockey听and Netball as her favourite听sports. She represented听Sussex in both Netball and Hockey from听an early age.听Having to choose听one sport to听pursue, she opted for Netball and enjoyed 10 years playing with the South Region and National Premier League for Sussex Thunder.听She balanced her playing career around her career at 菠萝视频app and Mum to two girls.
Ms Jutson coached at Sussex Netball Club for 14听years at both regional level and in the National Premier Leaguer for Sussex Thunder. Bex is also involved in the Surrey Storm Pathway, leading the PDP Academy at 菠萝视频app and is also Head Coach for the U19 NPL squad.听
